Matriarchy

This 2,700 sq.ft. space was reimagined into a modern, 10-suite office environment designed to inspire productivity and connection. Beyond the private offices, the layout now features a welcoming lounge, a shared meeting area, and a bright, functional breakroom, bringing a sense of community to the workplace.

Every detail of the renovation was crafted with care. The worn subfloor was repaired to support sleek new LVT flooring, while new metal stud walls rose to meet the roof deck, creating clean lines and defined workspaces. Antique doors and window frames were repurposed throughout, infusing the project with character and timeless charm.

We introduced updated electrical systems, lighting, and HVAC adjustments to ensure comfort and efficiency, then tied everything together with custom millwork and fresh, modern finishes.

As a final touch, we built an archway with a custom-built upholstered bench to complete an inviting open workspace that encourages collaboration and adds a memorable feature to the space.
