Perfecta Express

This was a ground-up construction and real estate development project for an industrial trucking business, designed to support heavy equipment service, storage, and operations.

The site posed several challenges—including grading complexity, stormwater management requirements, and tight site layout constraints—which we overcame through thoughtful engineering and execution. We constructed a durable facility with heavy-duty pavement designed to accommodate the weight and movement of tractor trailers and semi-trucks.

A new transformer vault was installed, along with exterior electrical infrastructure to support engine block heaters for cold-weather operation. The building interior was designed with a functional mechanic shop featuring semi-truck lifts, as well as a small office and mezzanine for administrative use. A grease interceptor was also installed to properly manage wastewater from the mechanic operations.

As with all of our projects, we handled the design and permitting process entirely in-house, ensuring seamless coordination from concept through completion.
