Vital Pilates & Wellness Bar

Formerly a gas station and auto mechanic shop, this building underwent a full transformation—inside and out. We completely gutted the interior, including removal of the existing concrete slab. To open up the space, several load-bearing masonry walls were demolished and replaced with new structural steel to support the roof. Due to extensive deterioration, the existing roof deck was removed and replaced, followed by the installation of a new TPO roofing system.

On the exterior, we extended the existing masonry walls and applied a fresh stucco finish, giving the building a modern, clean aesthetic. The site was upgraded with all-new landscaping, pavements, and parking areas. Inside, we installed new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with high-end finishes—ultimately creating one of the most visually stunning boutique Pilates studios in the United States.
