BOeMIA - A Social Salon

This was a full ground-up construction and real estate development project on a challenging site with major grading and unsuitable soil conditions. The development transformed a raw lot into a 6,000 sq. ft. salon suite facility, designed to accommodate 33 independent beauty professionals.

The project required extensive sitework, including stormwater management, soil remediation, and foundation stabilization to overcome subsurface challenges. Like all of our developments, this project was fully designed and engineered in-house, allowing us to maintain creative control, cost efficiency, and technical precision throughout the process.
