Face to Face Med Spa

We transformed a former Verizon store at Crocker Park into a nine-suite med-spa, creating a modern and functional space tailored to a high-end wellness experience.

The project involved a full interior demolition, including removal of all existing walls and ceilings. We sawcut the existing concrete slab to install underground plumbing for each treatment room, ensuring discreet and efficient utility access. The build-out included custom millwork throughout. Custom crafted trim and mouldings, a bespoke reception desk, built-in treatment room cabinetry, and retail display cases were installed.

We reworked and upgraded the existing electrical and mechanical systems to align with the new floor plan and spa requirements. As with all of our projects, the design and construction drawings were completed in-house, allowing us to streamline the permitting process and maintain quality control from concept to completion.
